Housing Contract and Leasing Information
听Lease Period
Housing Contracts are issued for one full year and cannot be cancelled.听 In extreme emergencies, students who break their housing contracts are subject to a lease cancellation fee of $1,450 (plus pro-rated rental fees for time lived in the unit).
Deposits
Apartments/Residence Halls:
Securing a room requires the student听to pay the required annual non-refundable housing application fee of $200.00 and complete an housing application by March 31 for Fall semester and November 20 for Spring semester.听 This fee is separate from the $200.00 enrollment fee.
